About the Position: This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Family Lawyer to take on a key role within a growing team. You'll have the flexibility to work from either the Milton office or the Sunshine Coast office—whichever suits your lifestyle best—while maintaining full access to the firm's resources, support, and team camaraderie. You’ll run a variety of private family law matters including: Parenting and custody disputes Divorce and separation Property settlements and financial agreements Domestic violence and protection matters This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a supportive team, values autonomy in practice, and is looking to grow into a leadership position with future progression on offer.
