Qualifications
A minimum of 1+ years in a similar role at a busy venue.
Experience in high-volume breakfast/lunch and all-day dining operations.
An inspired and creative passion for connecting with people.
A solid understanding of working on the floor and what it involves in a busy operation.
Good overall knowledge of food and beverage.
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate required before starting.
Valid work visa or legal authorization to work in Australia.
Availability through the week, weekends, and evenings.
