The job.
We're seeking an Account Executive — but not just any Account Executive. We want someone who lives and breathes creativity as passionately as we do.
In this collaborative role, the Account Executive reports to one or more of Cassette's Account Directors and acts as the 'engine room' for our creative business. Responsibilities include managing core client activities, supporting and liaising with suppliers and clients, collaborating with senior staff, and being a diligent, positive team member.

As our newest team member, you'll deliver outstanding results for our clients through:
* Hands-on involvement in daily account functions
* Creating and maintaining internal and client-facing documentation
* Working with copywriters, designers, and external suppliers on projects
* Contributing to creative briefs to meet client goals
* Supporting new business ideas
* Building long-term client relationships

The nitty gritty… Here's what we need from you:
* 1-3 years' agency experience in an Account Executive role, or equivalent client-side experience
* Strong presentation and communication skills for client-facing interactions
* A flexible, friendly attitude and team support mindset
* Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines
* Experience in project management and collaboration across departments and external suppliers
* Strategic thinking that goes beyond transactional tasks
* Ideation and research skills to develop innovative client solutions
* Ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations
* A collaborative work approach
* Ambition and a desire to grow
