The Client Lead is the key client contact, responsible for overseeing staff, strategy, and day-to-day operations of all social channels, plus longer-term planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend Network Ten morning management meetings, directing the team and ensuring alignment across all activities.
* Collaborate with external production companies for filming period content and related initiatives.
* Work with agency and platform partners to execute campaigns seamlessly.
* Manage the client relationship, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
* Handle platform access and technical issues, liaising directly with social media platforms when needed.
* Oversee capacity planning for team members and manage account financials, including reporting hours and budgets.
* Day-to-day management of team members, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
* Work with Network Ten stakeholders to integrate changes in programming and strategy into resourcing plans.
* Drive strategy and innovation for Network Ten's social presence, ensuring high-quality content in collaboration with both agency and Ten staff.
* Review and ensure quality control for all content and materials before publication.
Entertainment and Client Lead experience at this level is a MUST.
