About the role
This role is all about driving growth across a key territory between mid-North Coast/Port Macquarie and the greater Newcastle region as well as New England, building strong customer relationships and delivering brilliant sales execution. This is a customer facing role that includes regional travel with up to 5–6 nights away per month depending on your location, growing distribution, visibility and commercial outcomes for our brands.
Manage a structured territory plan to achieve volume, financial and brand targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities and deepen partnerships with key outlets
Execute NPD, merchandising standards and in-store activation to optimise visibility and space
Deliver customer plans, negotiate commercial outcomes and manage budgets effectively
Execute national and state priorities and ensure compliance with agreed trading terms
About you
You're a confident, motivated sales professional who loves building relationships and bringing brands to life in market. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, stay organised on the road, and know how to turn insights into commercial wins. We're open to candidates based anywhere along the coastline between Port Macquarie and Newcastle.
Full A-class driver's licence
Proven sales and negotiation experience, ideally in Wine or FMCG
Strong communication, influencing and customer-service skills
Confident with planning, analytics and managing your time independently
Comfortable with change, collaboration and delivering high-quality work
