About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of land and vegetation management services, supporting major mining operations across the region. With a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance and team performance, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role on site.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for supervising vegetation management activities across a wide operational area, including:
Leading and motivating ground crews
Scheduling daily works and coordinating resources
Ensuring safe and compliant operations at all times
Conducting field leadership, hazard identification and reporting
Working autonomously while maintaining strong communication with site leadership
What You Will Need
S123 / G2 / G189 Site Supervisor qualification
S11 & Coal Board Medical
Strong ability to schedule work across large operational zones
Proven experience supervising or leading crews in a similar vegetation or land management environment
Ability to work autonomously while following site directives
Strong communication and people-leadership skills
ACDC Licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
