As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent full time role (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm).
The Role
This role is essential to supporting the smooth running of our operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers and provide administrative support to both the office and field teams.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent full time role (Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm).
Key Responsibilities
 * Scheduling and following up appointments
 * Answering and transferring phone calls
 * Managing admin email inbox
 * Providing exceptional customer service
 * Responding to customer enquiries promptly and effectively
 * Data entry and filing
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have:
 * 2–3 years' experience in a similar role
 * Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
 * Experience using Apple products
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bonus: Knowledge of ServiceM8 is an advantage.
