About the Role
Reporting to the GM of Operations and Procurement, this role is responsible for ensuring product supply, managing supplier relationships, and driving effective procurement outcomes across the business.
You will oversee purchasing, demand planning, and logistics coordination while leading a small team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchasing to ensure consistent product availability
* Build and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best commercial outcomes
* Internal stakeholder management – Sales & marketing, Quality, Operations
* Monitor demand, forecast requirements, and manage inventory levels
* Coordinate logistics and resolve supply issues
* Analyse performance, costs, and trends to support decision‐making
* Lead and develop a Procurement Coordinator
* Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
About You
* 3–5+ years' experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
* Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
* Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting and planning
* Ability to operate in a fast‐paced, responsive environment
* Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role
* Knowledge of import/export, logistics, international freight, and supply coordination (experience in Latin American or Ecuadorian supply markets highly regarded)
* Experience managing end‐to‐end procurement processes

* Relevant tertiary qualification
