The role
We're expanding our team and are looking for permanent Electrical Assembly Workers / Heat Pump Assembly Workers to joinour Revesby factory.
In this hands‐on role, you'll assemble heat pumps using detailed plans and drawings, ensuring high‐quality builds within set timeframes. Safety and development are core to how we operate— you'll rotate through different tasks, broaden your skill set, and boost your earning potential as you progress.

About you
You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
* Experience in continuous flow manufacturing or assembly
* A willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
* HVAC experience
* Brazing and/or electrical assembly experience
This role requires full, unrestricted Australian working rights. All successful candidates will complete a pre-employment medical, including physical assessment and drug and alcohol testing.
