About Our Mackay Site Services Team
Based in Mackay, our Site Services Team delivers specialist Tiling and Condition Monitoring services across more than 20 mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin. With strong demand from our clients, we are actively broadening our service offering to provide a more comprehensive range of plant and equipment support.

The Opportunity
Due to our expanding pipeline of works and ongoing mine site planned shutdowns. HMA Wear Solutions is seeking individuals with strong technical aptitude, an eye for detail, and a willingness to work in a fast‑paced site services environment this role offers exposure to a variety of mining and industrial operations with genuine opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience with Industrial Tiling application or similar

Key Responsibilities
· Support the QLD Site Services Team working across process plants and mine sites.
· Drive safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all relevant mine site and company standards.
· Work closely with the sales team and our clients to grow market share and customer relationships.
· Implement strong planning, communication, and operational processes.
· Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
· Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders.

We are Looking For
· Experience in the site service fields.
· A strong commitment to safe work practices, with the ability to meet all mine site compliance requirements (including Coal Board Medical).
· Technical knowledge of coal preparation plants or mechanical equipment is an advantage.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and engage effectively with customers.
· Strong time management, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities are an advantage.
· Willingness to work on site at client locations across the Bowen Basin and other QLD regions as required.
· Trade Qualifications, or other relevant technical background (highly regarded).
· Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
