Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and fast-paced Administration Officer to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing scheduling and triaging client referrals for a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

You will work closely with allied health professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality client outcomes. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry. They will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, professionals, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing appointments and schedules for healthcare professionals
* Booking equipment providers and builders for clients
* Coordinating geographical scheduling across different locations to optimise service delivery and client experience
* Handling client follow-ups, reminders, and appointment changes with quick turnaround times
* Efficiently triaging incoming client referrals, directing them to appropriate professionals or contractors as required
* Ensuring all referral processes are streamlined and timely

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in office software and technology
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and flexibility
