You will collaborate closely with Ambulance Tasmania, inpatient teams, and community providers to ensure safe, timely, and patient-focused care. About the Role As an endorsed Nurse Practitioner, you will operate autonomously within the Emergency Department, delivering advanced clinical care including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management within your approved scope of practice. Beyond clinical responsibilities, you will play a key leadership role-supporting education, mentoring staff, contributing to service innovation, and driving quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and department flow. About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with Nurse Practitioner endorsement - ESSENTIAL Extensive and recent Emergency Department experience Advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and decision-making capability Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills A commitment to education, service development, and improving patient outcomes What's on Offer Permanent full-time position (up to 76 hours per fortnight, flexible arrangements considered) Salary: $148,470 per annum 12% superannuation Additional allowances, including up to 10% Postgraduate Qualification Allowance Salary packaging benefits (up to $9,010 living expenses $2,650 meal entertainment annually) Additional Benefits 482 Visa and 186 visa open for discussion.
