Shaping New Opportunities : Lead the creation and shaping of new sales opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders and working across teams to design tailored technology solutions for complex business challenges. Lead Sales Pursuits : Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure. Client Relationship Building : Establish and grow long-term relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in target accounts. Position HCLTech as a trusted advisor and partner. Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with HCLTech’s internal teams including delivery, presales, solution architects, and consulting to ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business needs and objectives of financial services clients. Market Insight : Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities in the banking, insurance, and superannuation sectors. Brand Ambassadorship : Represent HCLTech at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase brand visibility and thought leadership within the financial services sector. Required Experience & Skills Proven Sales Leadership : Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Financial Services sector, with a particular focus on Banking, Insurance, and Superannuation. New Business Acquisition : Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and driving business growth within large, complex organizations in the financial services industry. Industry Expertise : Deep knowledge of the Australian banking, insurance, and superannuation sectors, including an understanding of key industry challenges, regulations, and digital transformation needs. Strong Network : Established relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in the financial services industry, including C-suite executives. Solution-Oriented Selling : Expertise in selling technology solutions such as IT outsourcing, digital transformation, cloud, cybersecurity, and data analytics to financial services clients.
