Relief Care Manager - NNSW & South Brisbane

As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities from Coffs Harbour to South Brisbane. You will support the General Manager of the assigned home on a short or longer‐term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
* Full‐time roving Care Manager opportunity
* Work across a number of Care Communities across Northern NSW to South Brisbane
* Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community
* Short‐term & long‐term assignments
* Promote continuous clinical improvement
* Lead the care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents
* Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
* Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families
* Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to a positive team culture
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a leadership or management role in aged care or other health sectors desired
* Full flexibility to travel to support organisational requirements
* RN AHPRA registration
* Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
* The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement
