Bookkeeper Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full range of bookkeeping services to clients.
The role involves:
* Managing client data files and improving their Chart of Accounts
* Preparing and filing BAS/IAS returns
* Data entry including receipts, invoices, payroll and bank transactions
* Preparing monthly management reporting
* Managing job process and training clients to use software effectively
You will be the main point of contact for bookkeeping queries from clients, internal queries and may need to visit client premises to complete duties.
