About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key support role in the day-to-day management of a premium residential portfolio. You will be mentored by industry leaders while developing the skills and confidence required to build a long-term career in property management and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management of an extensive property portfolio
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
* Assisting with leasing administration and compliance
* Supporting the BDM with rental appraisals and business growth initiatives
* Always ensuring exceptional client service
About You
* Minimum 1 year experience in property management or real estate
* Current Sales Certificate of Registration (as required by state legislation)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Professional presentation and a client-first mindset
