The Role
This is a great opportunity to join the well-established team at Felix. We are looking for casual or Full Time Commis Chefs. You will work closely with the head chef to learn the fundamentals of working at Merivale and what it takes to be successful in one of our busiest venues.
Who we are looking for:
* Experience in premium restaurants, hotels or brasseries.
* A desire to learn classic French cuisine and cooking techniques using seasonal produce.
* A strong work ethic and great attitude.
* Experience in premium restaurants, hotels highly desirable.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
