Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance operations of our dealership, including sales and marketing strategies, financial analysis and planning, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Selling finance and insurance products to guests
* Preparing and submitting financial applications to lenders to achieve swift positive guest outcomes
* Managing and analysing financial data to inform business decisions
* Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
* Leading and motivating a team of finance and insurance professionals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Current Western Australian driver's licence
* Clear credit file and police record
