As an experienced Manager in our Lead Advisory team, you will collaborate closely with energy project developers, investors, financiers, and public sector stakeholders across Australia to harness capital and deliver impactful M&A solutions.
* • Execute transaction lifecycle including financial modelling, diligence financing negotiation
* • Originate deals by developing client relationships market insights collateral leading conversations with potential investors debt financiers positioning deals addressing needs seamlessly integrating experiences for clients throughout growth optimisation journey alongside other service lines
