1. To install, maintain and repair various IT equipment ensuring high-quality service delivery.
2. To provide exceptional customer service and support via effective communication and troubleshooting skills.
3. To maintain accurate records and reports for reference purposes.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills:
* A relevant qualification in Information Technology and/or experience in a similar field.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A valid Australian Business Number and necessary insurances for self-employed candidates.
