**Introducing Western Plains Correctional Centre (Western Plains)**
Western Plains is a new state-of-the-art, maximum-security correctional facility in the Barwon South West region. The staff here are dedicated to helping people in our care build the skills and self-confidence needed to make positive contributions to the community.

**What you will do**
As a clinical team leader at Western Plains, you will lead the strategic direction, and service delivery for disability and complex needs services.
You will:
**Manage and supervise** a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and disability practitioners.
**Provide expert clinical oversight**, ensuring best-practice interventions and risk management.
**Engage with custodial staff**, forensic clinicians and external agencies to coordinate care and services.
**Oversee assessments**, clinical programs and the integration of NDIS-related services within corrections.
**Ensure there is accurate** **data**reporting and contribute to staff training and professional development.
**Eligibility**
To apply, you will need to hold - or be eligible for - one of the following:
- General registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
- Be credentialed as a mental health nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
- Registration as an occupational therapist with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
