Introduction Australian performance marketing agency specialising in real estate lead generation. We've served 300 agents and generated $750M in sales volume through our proven Facebook advertising systems. We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to execute, optimise, and scale Facebook ad campaigns for our real estate clients across Australia, New Zealand and North america. This is a remote role requiring 3-4 hours daily overlap with Australian Eastern Time. You won't be reinventing the wheel. We have proven ad frameworks, tested creatives, and clear processes. Your job is to execute what works, optimise for results, and flag what's not working. Duties & Responsibilities Campaign Execution (40%) Set up and manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns using our proven frameworks Load and schedule creative batches from our design team Maintain organised ad structures in Ads Manager (one ad per ad set for clear tracking) Follow standard budget allocation without unnecessary scaling on non-performers Campaign Optimisation (30%) Monitor cost per lead (CPL) and lead-to-booking rates daily Adjust budgets and pause poor-performing ads based on data Prioritise struggling accounts using our Red Zone system Test new concepts at low spend in beta accounts before rolling out Performance Tracking (20%) Review client performance spreadsheet daily to identify accounts needing attention Track CPL, conversion rates, and engagement trends Manage ad spend pacing to stay within client budgets Provide data-backed feedback to creative and client success teams Testing & Experimentation (10%) Run structured A/B tests in beta accounts only Test at least 2 new creative variations per week Validate new concepts before applying to live client campaigns Desired Experience & Qualification Must Have: 2 years hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads Manager (not boosted posts) Proven track record managing lead generation campaigns (lead forms, Messenger, landing pages) Experience managing multiple ad accounts simultaneously (10) Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking Ability to work 3-4 hours overlapping with AEST (8am-12pm SAST / 3pm-7pm AEST) Fluent English communication (written and verbal) Nice to Have: Experience with real estate, property, or local service business advertising Familiarity with Hyros, CAPI, or offline conversion tracking Google/YouTube Ads experience Experience with AI lead follow up, ManyChat or Messenger automation Agency experience managing client accounts What We're Looking For: Someone who follows proven processes (not a "creative genius" who ignores frameworks) Data-driven decision maker who optimises based on numbers Direct communicator who flags problems early Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding Package & Remuneration Competitive monthly salary: R30,000 - R50,000 (based on experience) Fully remote position with flexible hours (within timezone overlap) Proven systems and frameworks - you execute what works Growth opportunities as we scale our Australian and North American client base Direct access to founders and senior team Latest tools and technology provided Interested?
