Job Description Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Coordinate and manage client accounts, including handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system. Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and contribute to their implementation. Prepare and deliver detailed reports on client interactions and service outcomes. Assist with administrative tasks related to client service operations. Uphold company standards and policies while representing the business in all client interactions. The Successful Applicant A successful Client Service Coordinator should have: Previous experience in customer service or client account management, ideally within the business services industry. Strong communication and personal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and standard office software. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset.
