We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team on a 9-month contract, supporting the data science function within the customer growth department.
You'll play a key role in embedding risk frameworks for AI model use cases and translate industry best practices for the responsible deployment of AI into actionable practices across the data model lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and an understanding of risk across AI lifecycles. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume settings and can influence through insight and clarity, we'd love to hear from you.
About You
* You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in compliance or operational risk, ideally with exposure to data-rich or data science environments.
* You have a strong background in control advisory and internal audit or assurance, with a sharp eye for identifying risk and driving continuous improvement.
* You're confident preparing and presenting risk insights that influence decision-making at the senior leadership level and you know how to make complex issues clear and actionable.
* A proactive, hands-on delivery approach with the ability to create and communicate risk dashboards and other key materials that drive understanding and action.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to consult across a wide range of stakeholders.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while managing upwards keeping leaders informed on progress, resourcing, and potential roadblocks.
* Experience designing and executing audit-style reviews and testing programs in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
* A strong understanding of the machine learning data lifecycle and the risks that can emerge at each stage.
