We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Administration Assistant to support our operations team and help us continue delivering exceptional service to our educators and families.
About the Role:
As our Admin Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Senior Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with general administrative duties and provide support to our Senior Admin
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and staff
• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Help coordinate meetings, events, and daily operations
• Perform basic office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• No previous experience in Family Day Care is required
• Willingness to undergo a police check and apply for a Blue Card
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an administrative role
