This is a hands‐on role that helps keep the Australian aviation industry moving.
Responsibilities
* Short distance driving and basic vehicle checks, including re‐fueling.
* Load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring any discrepancies are followed up on.
* Guide and position trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.
* Communicate and coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery hand‐over.
* Perform administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
* MR or HR driver's licence required.
* Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
* Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Neat and tidy presentation.
* Clear National Police Check required for working in the Aviation Services industry.
* Flexibility to work a 7‐day rotating roster.
* Availability to work on a casual basis, with hours varying depending on operational needs.
