Market Growth Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Market Growth Specialist to join our Joint Replacement & Upper Extremities team in Brisbane or Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is an impactful position where you will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and revolutionizing the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with key hospital contacts.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation, customer focus, and education skills, as well as the ability to evolve into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings. You will also be required to devise a strategic business plan, monitor your territory, and share findings with the Regional Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting sales activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education.
* Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide added value to our customers through product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.
* Evolving into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
* Devise a strategic and bullet-proof business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
* Addressing product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
* Presents in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff to maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as required.
* Oversees the maintenance of product inventory.
