About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, and ensure high standards of food safety and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading their designated kitchen section, ensuring food preparation and presentation meets service standards. This includes supervising and mentoring Cooks and Kitchen Hands, maintaining mise en place, and ensuring timely, high-quality food production.
