Lead Retail Specialist Opportunity
As a Lead Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a retail operation and ensuring sound business practices are adhered to. This includes delegating responsibilities to team members, reviewing pricing and visual merchandising, and identifying issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage retail operations to achieve sales targets and maintain profitability
* Delegate responsibilities to team members and provide coaching and development support
* Review and monitor pricing, visual merchandising, and promotional events
* Identify and address customer complaints and enquiries
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in retail management or hospitality management with a background in retail
* Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and exceed customer expectations
* Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles
* Strong problem-solving and influencing skills
