Caretaker Responsibilities:
* Maintain lawns, including mowing and edging with automatic sprinklers installed.
* Keep the grounds tidy.
* Empty and sanitise outdoor bins.
* Maintain the driveway and parking area, including light pruning of access-way vegetation.
* Lock up the clubhouse each evening.
The caretaker will work approximately 8 hours a week, with flexible scheduling allowing for personal preferences while maintaining club operations.
