Your Key Responsibilities Include Shape and execute financial strategy to support domestic and international growth. Partner with the CEO on funding rounds, investor engagement, and capital management. Financial Operations & Reporting Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management processes. Produce timely and insightful board reports and performance dashboards. Ensure governance and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Preferred Experience Experience in food, QSR, FMCG, or retail sectors. Senior finance leadership experience in a multi-site or franchised organisation. Experience managing offshore finance resources and distributed teams. Strong background in board reporting, investor relations, and funding strategy. Familiarity with ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) and financial systems. Exposure to M&A, private equity, or IPO-preparation environments.
