Job Summary
Support four gentlemen who share a house. Provide assistance with eating, drinking, mental health, routine planning using pictures, and support for hearing impairment. Help maintain the garden, assist with crafts, cooking, and outings. Driver is preferred for the role. Example shifts can include 3pm‐3am sleep‐in and 8am‐4pm daily.

Responsibilities
* Assist with eating and drinking, including use of eating and swallowing training.
* Support mental health and use picture schedules for routine planning.
* Provide help for hearing impairment needs.
* Maintain garden and help with household tasks.
* Encourage and facilitate crafts, baking, cooking, and outings such as trips to pub and other leisure activities.
* Support residents with their individual hobbies and interests (e.g., tractors, football, Disney, country music).
* Provide day‐to‐day care and maintain friendly, respectful relationships with residents.
* Assist in a quiet residential street setting and help with transportation; a driver licence is preferred.
