Responsibilities
* Deliver high‐quality preventative and periodontal treatment to an existing patient base
* Conduct patient assessments and provide oral hygiene education and preventative care
* Perform scaling, debridement, periodontal maintenance, and other treatments within your scope of practice
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with Australian standards and regulations
* Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and administrative team to ensure a positive patient experience
* Adapt to different practice environments and systems to support continuity of care
Qualifications
* Qualified Dental Hygienist or OHT (graduate or experienced), registered to practice in Australia
* Strong communication and patient care skills
* Experience in using modern dental technology (intraoral cameras, digital radiography, and dental software) will be highly regarded
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and workplace safety
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dental team
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing patient records and treatment plans
