Business Development Position

A role focusing on growing distribution, volume, and profitability within a designated customer territory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Critical aspects of this position include executing the company's strategy in-store, planning and executing commercial activities, driving core range distribution, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

* Achieve sales and execution targets by consistently meeting or exceeding all set KPIs.
* Execute the company strategy in-store by promoting the full product portfolio and aligning with key customer initiatives.
* Plan and execute commercial activity by selling in business initiatives, trading terms, pricing, and ensuring compliance with promotional plans and execution standards.
* Drive core range distribution and identify opportunities to grow visibility, space, and promotional presence beyond standard plans.
* Utilise sales tools and techniques consistently to support structured territory management and deliver commercial outcomes.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding individual business needs and ensuring regular, effective call cycles.
* Conduct ongoing business reviews to analyse sales and execution metrics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.

* Effective at negotiating and closing sales and contractual agreements.
