Now Hiring Experienced Retail Sales Consultant
We are keen to hire passionate and enthusiastic staff to join our dedicated team. There is opportunity to grow with the store. If you have retail experience this is your opportunity to join the bedding specialist.
Sales staff duties will include:
* Face-to-face and phone customer service
* Operating point of sale system
* Receipting and putting away stock
* Maintenance of Showroom displays, including building of furniture
* Stock control and Management
* Meeting Sales targets
Responsibilities and Duties
To be successful, you must be able to meet the following criteria:
* The ideal applicant will be confident, outgoing and well presented
* Have a passion for excellence in customer service
* Punctual and Reliable and honest
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
* Must be able to work all retail hours including weekends if required.
* Deal with warranty issues
* Your own reliable transport
* The ability to identify customer needs and build relationships in a short period of time
* Able to manage various tasks at a time
* A professional approach and appearance
* Good understanding of OH&S procedures

Previous retail sales experience is essential.
Wages as per awards plus commission will be offered to the right candidate. This will suit any mature person looking for a change or work during the school hours or weekend and would like to use their life experience to work in a high end sales environment. This is an ideal job for people who love interacting with people and have good inter-personal skills.
