This is not a typical sales admin role — it’s a hands-on position focused on supporting our sales function and processes in the areas of sales reporting, campaign execution, tele sales & lead generation. What You’ll Do:
•Create and manage sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts that inform strategic decision-making.
•Support territory and account managers with insights, data, and coordination of customer initiatives
•Identify and qualify new business leads and support reactivation of dormant customers
•Measure & analyse promotional activity
•Lead outbound sales calls to drive customer re-engagement, promote new products, and grow existing accounts.
•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful promotions and sales flyers.
What You’ll Bring:
•Proven experience in sales coordination, tele sales, or sales operations (ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or distribution).
•Strong commercial acumen and confidence in engaging with a wide range of customers.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
•Ability to analyse sales data and make recommendations based on findings
•Solid proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot)
•A proactive, results-oriented mindset and team-first attitude.
