Instrumentation specialists are in high demand for a large-scale gas processing project in Western Australia. This exciting opportunity involves working on the Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 development, where you will play a crucial role in delivering a new 250 TJ/day gas processing plant with a 20-year life-cycle.
This project requires experienced instrumentation technicians who can commission and fault-find diagnostic's on equipment including Distributed Control System (DCS) & Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Power Distribution Control System (PDCS), Fire and gas detection systems (F&G), Field instrumentation and ICSS marshalling cabinets.
As an instrumentation technician at Clough, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects and develop your skills and expertise in the field of instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Commissioning and fault-finding diagnostic's on equipment.
* Documentation of instrumentation testing activities, check-sheets, drawing revisions, specifications, cause and effects and engineering/process changes.
* Interface closely with construction and vendor personnel ensuring that activities are undertaken in a safe manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Electrical Licence WA
* Construction White/Blue Card
* Cert IV Instrumentation
* UETTDRRF06B - Perform rescue from a live LV panel
* HLTAID001 Provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
* Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas (EEHA)
* Apply First Aid
* Current Australian 'C' Class Driver's Licence (Desired)
* Enter and Work in Confined Space (Desired)
* Work Safely at Heights (Desired)
