Certificate III Business Traineeship Opportunity

This role involves working in a dynamic reception and administration environment where delivering excellent customer service and handling multiple tasks efficiently is essential. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to study a nationally accredited qualification (Certificate III in Business) whilst working a 38 hour week. A dedicated time of 3 hours per week will be allocated for completing online study requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Providing comprehensive support to the Administration team and performing other tasks as required.
\
2. Representing the organisation to visitors, family members, relatives, contractors, and other persons entering the facility.
\
3. Maintenance of all basic reception work including answering telephones, filing, typing, and assisting with basic resident needs under the supervision of the Care Manager and floor staff.
\
4. Actively promoting the desired culture of the organisation by ensuring all interactions, documentation, and communication are conducted in a manner that supports the stated Mission, Vision & Values.

5. Data entry and maintenance.
\
6. Composing and transcribing routine correspondence, application forms, letters, and other necessary documents.
\
7. Operating office equipment including computer software, printers, and photocopiers.
\
8. Assisting the Bookkeeper and/or Operations Manager with monitoring of all supplies.
\
9. Maintaining files and retrieving them as requested.
\
10. Contributing to the upkeep of the company website and internal TV programming.
\
11. Actively promoting Occupational Health, Safety, and Injury Management policies, practices, and procedures.
