About the role

As a member of the Customer Service team, you will act as a professional and brand-aligned representative of a global automotive manufacturer. Highly customer‐centric in your approach, you will champion customer advocacy, ensuring positive outcomes that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.

Core responsibilities

* Strong attention to detail, you will manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution, delivering a seamless and highly personalised experience at every stage.
* You will work autonomously, taking ownership of cases and decisions, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and cross‐functional teams to achieve the best possible outcomes.
* By crafting tailored responses in line with company policy, you will strengthen customer relationships, build trust, and enhance overall brand reputation.

Qualifications

* Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded
* Automotive experience desirable but not required
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience in working well under pressure and multi‐tasking
* Self‐motivated and a positive attitude
* Ability to think on your feet
* Strong computer literacy
