The Consultant supports education, research, and continuous review to maintain safe, consistent, patient‐centred outcomes.Key duties of the roleActively participate in the clinical management of clients of the Endocrinology and Diabetes Service.Active participation in clinical review programmes to monitor standards of practice.Development of partnerships both internal and external to support quality patient needs and outcomes.Ensure that correspondence is addressed and communicated to other staff as necessary.Research initiatives are coordinated and planned within the Diabetes and Endocrinology department.Skills and ExperienceBachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent.
