We are currently seeking a Supply Officer to join the warehouse team of one of Australia’s leading Tier 1 contractors on a 3-month contract commencing 17th December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and adaptable individual to contribute to a high-performing crew in a dynamic mining environment.
About the Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring critical parts, materials, and consumables are available to support operations. You’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing stock in line with safety and quality standards, maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP, and supporting urgent operational needs.
This hands-on role requires someone who can step in confidently, work efficiently, and maintain a solid customer service focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
- Operating forklifts (including high reach)
- Supporting stocktakes, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
- Collaborating with maintenance and operations teams
- Upholding safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- HRWL – Forklift Ticket
- Manual Car licence
- SAP experience preferred
- HR A Licence preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently
Roster & Shift Details
- FIFO from Perth – 8/6 roster (Wednesday to Wednesday)
- The site operates 24/7. This role is currently day shift, but there may be a requirement to work night shifts if requested.
Pay Rate
- $52.55–$53.83 per hour
