Your Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
* Provide clinical leadership and hands-on support to residents and staff
* Supervise and mentor Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Staff
* Allocate duties to ensure safe, effective, and efficient service delivery
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence
What You Bring
Essential:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making capability
* Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
* Team-focused, respectful, and resident-centred approach
* Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends
Preferred Backgrounds:
* Residential Aged Care – person-centred and holistic care
* Acute Hospital Settings – rehab, surgical, or medical wards
* Emergency or Primary Care – chronic illness and older populations
