Rip Curl is on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help drive our digital growth and elevate our ecommerce presence. As a key player in our Digital team, you'll execute high-impact paid media strategies that fuel both brand awareness and conversion. You'll be hands-on across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do:
Paid Media Strategy Development
* Collaborate on global paid media strategies
* Identify target audiences and platforms
* Stay ahead of digital trends and platform updates
Campaign Execution & Optimisation
* Work alongside global agencies to launch and manage campaigns across key platforms
* Monitor performance and make data-driven tweaks
* Run A/B tests to refine creatives, targeting, and bidding
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Track KPIs and generate insights
* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Budget Management
* Allocate budgets to maximise ROI
* Forecast and recommend spend based on trends
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Partner with content, data, and agency teams
* Support integrated marketing initiatives
* Contribute to team strategy session
What You'll Bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and/or equivalent relevant experience.
* 3+ years in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
* Proven success in campaign management and optimisation
* Experience with Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Campaign Manager
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
* Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
