About the role...
We're on the hunt for a detail-driven and proactive Global Purchaser to join our Global Purchasing team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and timely flow of product from supplier to warehouse across all regions and styles under your assigned global division.
You'll be responsible for placing and tracking both sample and bulk production orders, maintaining accurate data in our systems, and working closely with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Placing and tracking sample and bulk production orders across global and regional markets
* Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate data
* Coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely handovers
* Managing exception requests and monitoring supplier compliance
* Reporting on production status and stock shortages
What we are searching for...
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a strong attention to detail. You'll be a clear communicator, a team player, and someone who can work autonomously when needed.
Ideally, you'll bring:
* Experience in supply chain or production coordination
* Strong Excel and data entry skills
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit
* A passion for delivering results and building strong supplier relationships
