In this dynamic role, you’ll support the delivery of approved projects from concept to completion—on time and within budget. Your coordination will be essential to driving operational improvements and ensuring smooth execution across the board.What You’ll DoCoordinate and deliver approved projects within timeline and budget parametersSupport Operations with the implementation of Business Improvement PlansDevelop and manage relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and contractorsDraft and manage Scopes of Work (SoWs) and Requests for Pricing (RFPs)Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.Who You AreYou’re a confident communicator, a natural organizer, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A couple of years of experience or qualifications in project management will be needed.What You BringProject coordination or project management experience/qualificationsExceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonalStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailConfident managing commercial aspects and budgetsA continuous improvement mindset and “can-do” attitudeComfortable working across multiple systemsA collaborative and inquisitive nature, always ready to take initiativeWaste Industry experience is a plus—but not essential.
