Property Manager
Key Responsibilities: As a Property Manager within our team, you will have the opportunity to manage a select portfolio of properties, ensuring a personalized experience for both clients and tenants. Our focus is on quality over quantity, allowing you to thrive in your role and develop a genuine love for real estate management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum FIVE years of experience in sales, customer service, or administration.
* Must hold a Agents Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain straight away
* Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a keen willingness to learn.
* Drivers license and readiness to obtain a real estate license promptly. (Car will be negotiated in salary) We have new Toyota Yaris's on their way!!
* Proven ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
* Proficient computer and administration skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
