HR Business Partner
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting operational business units within our organisation, based in North-West Sydney. The Human Resources Team provides proactive specialist human resources and industrial relations services to improve the capabilities and performance of both individuals and teams.
The HR Business Partner will identify, advise, recommend, support and assist Managers and Coordinators to comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. This includes:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
* Extensive experience as an HR generalist and specialist skills in Employee Relations.
* Proven expertise in understanding business requirements and providing HR partnering solutions.
* Understanding of HR methodologies and relevant legislation (e.g. Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards).
* Highly developed problem-solving, HR policy development and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
