About Owston Hotel
Owston Hotel is a new boutique eleven-room hotel opening in Fremantle's West End, inspired by the warmth of a local Locanda. Our focus is on genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and creating a place that feels special for both locals and visitors.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Housekeeper to help bring Owston Hotel to life. You will be involved from the start, helping to set up systems, define service standards, and work closely with the broader team to prepare for opening.
Once open, you will help to ensure consistent standards are achieved in the rooms. You will be hands-on, calm under pressure, and focused on creating thoughtful, personal experiences for every guest.
What You'll Be Doing
* Support the setup of operating procedures and service standards before opening
* Carry out daily housekeeping operations.
* Supervise housekeeping team ensuring operating procedures are carried out correctly.
* Maintain high standards of presentation across guest rooms and shared spaces
* Maintain stock levels of in room amenities and cleaning supplies.
* Listen to feedback and continuously refine how we do things to make each stay feel personal
About You
* You have prior experience within a housekeeping team, providing a high-end finish.
* You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in presentation.
* You naturally go out of your way to make people feel cared for and considered.
* You think creatively to solve problems and improve the guest experience
