We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to support our recruitment, onboarding and HR operations. As Workforce Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining a capable, compliant and person-centred workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage recruitment advertising, screening and shortlisting of applicants.

* Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
">
* Complete pre-employment checks (NDIS, WWCC, references, qualifications).
">
* Oversee the onboarding process including orientation and document collection.
">
* Ensure all new hires meet NDIS workforce capability and compliance standards.
">
* Maintain up-to-date, accurate records for audits and quality reviews.
">
* Monitor completion of mandatory training modules.
">
* Respond to HR-related enquiries from staff and managers.
">
* Assist with employee communications and engagement initiatives.
">
* Support performance management and policy implementation as required.
">
* Work closely with internal teams to understand workforce needs.
">
* Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement in recruitment and HR practices.
">

Requirements:
">
Previous experience in recruitment, HR or a similar coordination role. Strong understanding of NDIS worker screening and onboarding processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.

Compliance Requirements:
">
Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check. Working with Children Check. Valid driver's licence. Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
