What you'll do
You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, evaluation and ongoing delivery of preventive health programs and interventions within the Health Contact Centre (HCC).
About you
We are searching for someone who has demonstrated:
* experience in contemporary health promotion practice and success in applying evidence based principles to facilitate innovative health promotion solutions.
* high level ability to critically analyse health information, and prepare evidence based advice and documentation for colleagues, senior management, and other stakeholders on a range of preventive health issues.
* experience and success in the planning, management and evaluation of large scale or state-wide health promotion programs and/or interventions.
* high level oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively to a range of audiences, facilitate training and undertake effective negotiation and consultation processes.
* flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and willingness to contribute to a high performing multi-disciplinary team.
