About the opportunity
Our Solution Advisors are in a client-facing role that drives new client acquisition and growth in our existing client base in Australia and New Zealand. Using their Human Capital Management (HCM) expertise, our Solution Advisors partner with our sales organization and provide presales support throughout the sales cycle. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, solution design, and delivering of engaging presentations and software demonstrations to help our clients to understand the value of our Dayforce solution.
What you'll get to do
- Provides sales support
- Facilitate client discovery sessions to understand HCM business requirements
- Prepare for client interactions including software configuration
- Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations including delivering memorable software demonstrations to prove the business value of the Dayforce solution
- Ensure a high standard of demonstration environment configuration
- Assist in responding to functional requirement documents including RFx documents
- Contribute to the RFP knowledge base
- Share feedback and best practices to improve the sales team's effectiveness
Exhibits Technical Proficiency
- Maintain technical and professional skills to ensure proficiency in product offerings, in depth knowledge of competition and awareness of legislative/industry developments and trends in the marketplace
- Leverage technical and professional skills to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
**Maintains Accurate and Timely Customer and Sales Data**:
- Capture all relevant information in SFDC CRM system
- Follows all defined processes and timelines (e.g. deal review process, demo plans, expenses, etc.)

- Experience working with HCM software in Australia and New Zealand
- Experience in client-facing roles
